Website

De penningmeester heeft het jaarverslag en het beleidsplan  gepubliceerd op de website. De kosten voor de website en benodigde software neemt de penningmeester voor eigen rekening, waarvoor dank namens het bestuur.

Beleidsplan 2024-2027

In verband met nieuwe privacywetgeving moet het bestuur formeel akkoord geven voor het gebruik van de namen van de bestuursleden. Ieder van de aanwezige bestuursleden heeft verklaard geen enkel bezwaar te hebben bij het gebruik van de namen op de website, in verslagen en andere officiële stukken.

 Activiteiten in dit jaar

Ook dit jaar hebben we bemiddeld voor een  project in India:

Father Raja gaf aan dat dit project op het moment het meest urgent was. Twee orkanen (tyfoons) zijn onlangs over de staten Telangana en Andra Pradesh in India getrokken. Eén gebied is daarbij extra getroffen. Vandaar deze aanvraag.

In de lagergelegen gebieden langs de rivier is enorme schade aangericht aan huizen, die deels zijn ingestort;  inboedels zijn weggespoeld. Mensen missen bedden en beddengoed, kleding, huisraad zoals potten en pannen etc. De oogst en het vee hebben de mensen ook verloren.

Omdat de schade zo groot is, beperkt de regering zich tot een minimum aan hulp. Drinkwater en wat voedsel wordt uitgedeeld, maar dit is bij lange na niet genoeg om aan de noden van de mensen te voldoen. Ze hebben dringend kleding, beddengoed, meubilair en kookgerei en dergelijke nodig. De totale aanvraag bedroeg 8000 euro.

 De Vincentiusvereniging en de ASBN hebben ieder   een bedrag van 4000 euro beschikbaar  gesteld voor deze zwaar getroffen mensen.

Introduction:

Kothagudem District is located on Bank of River Godavari.  Often  the river swells during Monsoon season. Alert will be announced and people will be moved to shelters. Because of the unexpected rains, the tribunaried had flash floods and waters gushed into the villages of Kothagudem District of Telangana State. Though no  people died many houses and crops were damaged. Cattle were washed away. People moved to safe places but lost their clothes, utensils, ornaments,  documents and certificates. 

Victims of Floods due to the Hurricane:

While Flash floods prevail, small reservoirs were full .. There was no time for authorities  to announce warning about the floods. Therefore enormous loss happened.

Action Implemented :

Since the whole area and many places and the city of Vijayawada , is covered with waters it was hard for Government authorities to reach the people.

People: Those that  were in the ground floor have gone to the terrace or to other floors. For 24 hours too, rescue operations were not possible for anybody. Government as well as Voluntary Organizations tried their best to help the people.

Jeevana Jyothi Charitable Trust helped People with food packets and water only, because of their limited funds.

Reach out program of Jeevana Jyothi Charitable Trust:

Jeevana Jyothi Charitable Trust will be in the Front Row to reach the Victims of any kind. Previously State Government  Publicly Falicitated Mr. Allam George Reddy, President of the Trust, for his human services. This was stopped.

Keeping in mind this backdrop, Jeevana Jyothi Charitable Trust  is trying to help victims with clothes, utensils for the families and note books and other stationary items for the Students.

Help Needed :

Government is now supplying Food items only. 

Many are still in the Shelters cooking the food together. Government also can’t supply with everything. Very few Voluntary Organizatins came forward as their Foreign Accounts were not renewed.  My Diocesan account & Leprosy Health Centre funds were not yet renewed.

We request you tto help as many as you can.

In this situation Euro 100/- Can be a great help for a family to buy utensils, clothes Bed sheets and other toilet articles.

In this Situation, I can’t exactly fix the number of families who need help.

Project bij afscheid van pastoraal werkster A.Coenraads

Bij haar afscheid wil zij , omdat ze geen persoonlijk cadeaus wil, graag een bijdrage aan de parochianen vragen voor het project  van Angelike Rohde en het Franciscusfonds. Giften en collecte hebben 3000 euro opgebracht waarvan 2000  aan het project van Angelike is gegeven en 1000 voor het St.Franciscusfonds

Beide verslagen zijn  door het bestuur op de  vergadering van 21 juni 2025 goedgekeurd.
